unknown ea acc linked to steam

when I want to open the BF6 game, it turns out that the steam account is linked to an ea account that does not belong to me, as in the picture, can you unlink the unknown ea account from my steam account, before you ask what EA games I have bought on my steam account, nothing yet, only I used to subscribe to ea play, and this bf 6 will be the first ea game I bought on my steam account, but I want to solve this problem first.
