Unknown email is linked to my EA account

I was playing EAFC just 3 days ago, and later that night, when I tried to play again, there was a message saying 'Sending verification code to '.........@hotmail.com'' which I never heard of. An unknown email was linked without my knowledge. I tried to contact EA Support about this issue, provided all necessary details that prove this is my account and still, it was hopeless. I have 400+ hours of gametime on EAFC, I love playing Career mode but this incident, this makes me lose hope in EA. There were no follow-ups, no support, advisor keeps asking for a so called 'RECEIPT' even when the screenshots were sent. Is this how EA treats their customers who paid 70USD for their game????

I also encountered the same thing. EA should just remove the 'Support' from 'EA Support' coz why bother having it.

  • EA Help advisors follow the script without paying attention to information provided. They do not care to check if I really have my Xbox account. They collect a lot of the excessive personal information and compare it to something, then they say that something is incorrect and close the chat. I have no idea what they compare information to. It is absurd that I cannot ask to re-link Xbox account I have to the same email I have.

  • I have absolutely the same case! Unknown email appeared in EA account linked to my Xbox account and I cannot log-in.

EA Help is well hidden and even if you manage to find live chat, they are useless. It seems that EA protecting hackers more than buyers
