Unknown Twitch account

hello i was trying to make sure i have my account connected to twitch so i can get the bf6 drops but the twitch account on my EA is a bunch of random letters and when i look for the name on twitch it says it cant find it or does not exist, i would like to unlink it and add my twitch account but it says i cant link another if i unlink this one. i have my steam and PS account linked as ive played apex and R6S on this account the only one i dont recognize is the twitch, can anyone help me as ive tried to contact EA with no response.
