Unlink my Steam Account from the wrong EA Account

I purchased EA Sports FC 25 through my friend (I paid for it, so technically I own the game). At first I could play normally by logging in to EA using the "Login with Steam" option.

But after a long time not playing, now when I try to log in again, the system asks me for a 6-digit verification code. The problem is the code is being sent to an email that is not mine (not the email of my Steam account), so I have no way to access it.

This means my Steam account is linked to the wrong EA Account. I was shocked to find out about this, and now I cannot play the game I already paid for.

Please help me unlink my Steam account from the wrong EA Account, so I can connect it to my own EA Account and play again.
