unlinking account with no access from PlayStation
i have been trying for a week now to get a hold of support and finally did. they asked for account info on a EA account i made a long time ago that don't remember what information ip put on it. but i was able to give a lot of proof on my Sony account including screenshot and dates of purchase to show ownership. they still refused to let me unlink my old EA account i cant access because i don't have the email anymore. now im locked out of EA games on my PlayStation. im trying to email data protection to se if they can help but im at my wits end. i don't understand why if you own the Sony account you don't have control of whats linked to it they are overstepping by telling you no. lets hope data protection can help.
