Unlinking from Account with wrong email

So, I'm trying to unlink my PSN account from an old EA account with an email that I never put there. I have no was to access that email, so therefor I can't gain access to that account to do the Unlink. I have no was of contacting EA help support. When I click on contract us and submit my issue, there is no link to live chat at all. Idk what to do, I'm really annoyed.

    Same boat here except the email is apparently a disabled EA email wtf obviously not my email

  • Seen where someone got ahold of them, nothing they can do apparently.  Absolutely ridiculous. The silliest thing ever. You can only link one account in a life time is ridiculous. 0 support is a major flaw. 100k people have this issue and they said  that sucks sorry we can’t help

    Closed 4 of my tickets and said resolved. Was on wait for 8 hours never heard from someone.i bought the game but promise you i wont play. I will stick to warzone.

    Could not copy/paste, hand jammed it in case it's wrong. Bottom of the page. Gave me a 195min wait when I started 6hrs ago. About to leave it and see if I am still in the queue in the morning.

    Update: 7hrs later and I got my old account back! hang in there! Chat was the way to go. (Long time because of the beta just coming out)

  • I have had this problem for about a year done multiple live sessions the best they could give me was try to guess the birthday I made on an account years ago when I was a minor 🤡

    Literally saw the same thing. 229 min wait when I started the queue.  It's been hours now (probably 3.5?) since waiting on that to change and it's now at 60 at the time of writing this. 

  • After several hours of having the live chat (with no estimated wait time displayed) open in a separate tab on my phone, I did get through to a live agent. But my phone was on do not disturb due to the time of day so I didn’t get a notification for the email that I got through and was disconnected.

     

    what I’m saying is: there is hope

    I appreciate the solution but unfortunately I'm one of the few that cannot use this method because the email service provider was a school not a usual suspect(Gmail, Outlook and stuff), I'm not a student so no email 😂 guess I'm **bleep** out of luck
