So, I'm trying to unlink my PSN account from an old EA account with an email that I never put there. I have no was to access that email, so therefor I can't gain access to that account to do the Unlink. I have no was of contacting EA help support. When I click on contract us and submit my issue, there is no link to live chat at all. Idk what to do, I'm really annoyed.
Same here, no access to the email and I have been waiting on the chat help for 3hrs now. They closed and deleted several tickets of me trying to get them to unlink the PSN so I can link it to the correct one.
UPDATE: almost 7hrs later on the chat, I got my OLD account back that I could not log into and I was able to get into the beta! I was expecting to get the new account and my PSN linked, but nope, Old account that I've had since 2011. I'm excited!
I am in the same boat. I am annoyed as well. I have sent request over and over for the past two days.
Same here. I actually was in a chat and was waiting when I received an email stating that my 3 hours of waiting was for nothing and my chat session had ended. Now when you attempt to do a live chat there isn't anywhere to click. DO BETTER EA.
+1 on this. On my third attempt to chat now because anytime I walk away from a 186 min queue chat, they of course answer and shut it down within a minute.
How is there no USER FRIENDLY way to unlink an account. It's an email change. It's THAT simple. EA, you know this is a frequent pain point of customers. It's an update to an entry in a database. This should NOT be this painful.
where did you find a chat session? I couldn't find. I understand how you feel.. not so cool how they disable our email and no link to our gamertag or PSN.
How did you even get through? Mine will say a 200 min wait, but then the estimated wait number disappears and I never get through.
I have exactly the same problem i have my main playstation account linked into a EA account with an e-mail that i don’t have access anymore that e-mail got hacked and i can’t get into it or recover it with microsoft, that same e-mail was somehow connected with 2 other PSN accounts that i had in the past… I allready try to unlink one of them but can’t log in to the e-mail… this could be fixed but instead we have to follow protocol with bots to try and get something out of it.. im so dissapointed in EA honestly i can’t create an new psn account and start all over again, i just boycot their games until they add some usefull help
Has anyone found a fix for this I have the exact same problem, have got a fresh EA account set up and linked to my twitch but can not link my psn account to it because my psn account is linked to a unknown email ???????
