Unplayable gameplay

Hello, im writing to ask if any of u feel like the gameplay is delayed and unplayable. I litteraly cant outpace anyone and EVERY single player dribbles like it hurts them. Im playing on pc with 400hz, locked 240 fps, wired dualsense controller and around 30 ms ping( I used to have a lot less in all previous fifas/ea fc). Genuinely not feeling any fun, cant play normally, have to make 1000 passes to score a goal while my oppinent just outpace with with ANYONE.
