Updating Email address and NO tech support

Question

I am trying to figure out how I am supposed to update an old email address attached to my current EA account.

With two factor authentication, I can login with two factor authentication I can do the initial login but when I get to the two factor the email address that is looking to send to my account email account is no longer existent.

How can I update my email address?

And the existence or lack there of technical support which there is not our Customer Support for those of us that pay a great deal of money to EA this is complete and utter garbage I need help please!

Hey there. Sorry to hear about your trouble with contacting support. Hopefully, the steps below will help you get in touch with an advisor.

Go to&nbsp;https://help.ea.com/en/ea-account/
Scroll to the bottom and use the 'Contact us' button
Type "update EA account information" in the text box
Enter battlefield 6 and the platform you're on
Click on "Did this fix your issue?" and select 'No'
Click on the option for chat
