Thank you for your reply. I have attached screenshots showing clear evidence that the payments were made consecutively at 14:44, 14:45, and 14:47, all for the same Battlefield 6 purchase.
As shown, these duplicate payments occurred within a span of just a few minutes this clearly indicates a system error on your side, since the payment page repeatedly displayed a “please try again” message, prompting multiple charges.
Immediately after realizing the issue, I attempted to submit a refund request, but due to your website lag and processing errors, I was unable to do so at that time.
This situation is entirely the result of EA’s system malfunction, and therefore I request that you process a refund for the two duplicate payments without delay.
Please confirm receipt of this evidence and let me know when I can expect the refund to be completed.
