Verification code not sending
Hello, I am writing this post because I still have not received the verification code for my main account in my email inbox.
I had to create a new account with a different email address to be able to write this post, as my main account (LucidORG) is completely inaccessible because the verification email is not arriving in my inbox. I have checked my spam folder, blocked emails, etc., but there is nothing there. I have requested the code, but the email simply does not arrive, and I cannot use the Authentication App because it is on my old phone, which I no longer have. I have also tried to contact support, but I have not received any response from them.
Could someone please help me? I would really like to be able to access my LucidORG account again.
