What devices support 90+ FPS?

Hello guys, in the fc-mobile-system-requirements list for andoid support 90+fps is: 

• Vivo: X90 Pro+/X100 Pro/X100 Pro+
• RedMagic 8 Pro
• Redmi K70 Pro
• Oppo: Find X6 Pro/Find X7
• Samsung Galaxy: S23/ S23+/S23 Ultra/S24/S24+/S24 Ultra
• iQOO 11

Can device get 90+ fps if it is not on the list above? for example IQOO 12 or IQOO 13. Can all device support 90+fps as long as the specs are higher than the list above? will it be automatic. or waiting developer to set device support??
