Error code 1000

It tells me to join from a different net connection, but when I do change the connection from data to wifi or vice versa it still shows me that error while logging in through Google play account.

What should I do?

    Are your Wifi and mobile network from the same internet provider? Are you able to test it using a different network?

    I have the same issue, I've tried different internet providers and different devices. the error occurs when I try to login with my EA account, Facebook account or Google play account. the game logs in when I'm on a guest account

    Could you please send me a direct message with the following details?

    - Your account User ID
    - The name of the device you play on
    - Your region
    - The name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
