Ea matchmaking issue

In this issue the matched opponents gets tougher when we reach higher level that is understood but it is also true that after world class 2 you start having hackers in game so much of hacker they use such methods to disconnect mw and then they win the game I was on 670'000 cups and was about to reach legendary 3 but such hackers came and every single time lose I have lost 4 games and feeling very frustrated I want file a case on EA company please solve my issue and remove hackers please give me my progress back I was trying from 6 hrs to reach legendary 3 but I failed bcz of hackers .
