What's wrong with my Road to glory on NCAA 26

I don't know why this is starting to happen and it's ruining my play experience with the game. Just recently, I got on college football 26 to play road to glory, when I noticed all my saves were gone, I thought nothing about it since it's been a while since I played the game so I thought it must have just deleted since I was inactive for so long. So I started a new save and played it for 2-3 hours. I exited out the game mode and turned off my console, the next day when I go to play road to glory, the save I just made was deleted, I tried multiple things with multiple saves like, creating a save point, waiting for the auto save to finish, but in the end, they would all just get deleted , I even checked to see if I was logged in into my ea account, which I was the whole time. If anyone can help me, please send some answers
