Community ManagerHey paczy_Hun, if you check your purchase history in the EA app do you see it listed there as owned?
Could be that you have multiple EA accounts and have logged into a secondary one where the game is now owned.

Hi Darko,
I found the purchase from that day in my EA Account, but it doesn't show what I bought in detail (I think it's a very old purchase), but I have the email I received about the purchase in my email account, and it includes the title of the game, and even the serial number I used to activate it on my account. I even have a screenshot from 2015 of what games were on the account back then, when the client name was "Origin" and not "EA app".
