Where is the option to contact live chat support? Does it even still exists?

Ok guys so I got the live chat option to appear. Try to turn on vpn and set it to US. Then do what the manager guy said. It didn't work with other countries though. I'll mark this as a solution. Hope it works for you.

I need to either merge or delete an EA account that is not linked to a gaming platform and adjust my older EA account that IS linked to a platform however is associated with a deactivated email address. I have filed a case and EA support continues to close the case with a chat transcript to a chat that I was never invited too. This has happened three times in the last two days. What gives?

They force close all my cases now, after not helping at all and expecting me to remember every last of info from 7 plus years ago. I'm in the same situation right now.

I have an issue, and there is no help on website. I can't connect EA with my Epic account.
In my Epic Games account settings, there is no option to link EA at all. In my EA account settings, there is no option to link Epic Games either. I have linked only with Steam and Discord. When I try to install an EA game through Epic, a pop-up appears asking me to send a verification code to: hv****@maillv.com That is not my email address, that isn't even address.
I suppose the problem is I changed my email address of EA account, while this two accountse were still linked to each other, but I can't understand this ''hv****@maillv.com''.
I got report ID, but not answer. AI chat bot is stupid, and there is no option for live chat or call. I still can't play games
