Where is the option to contact live chat support? Does it even still exists?

A few days ago I tried to login into my old account to unlink steam. The problem is ea doesn't send me 2fa verification code. I contacted support and they sent me this link and said to reach live cha...

    Ok guys so I got the live chat option to appear. Try to turn on vpn and set it to US. Then do what the manager guy said. It didn't work with other countries though. I'll mark this as a solution. Hope it works for you.

I just got it to work!! You have to submit the request first. After that it will load a new page with new topics. Under that was another button/link that looks like a topic but it offered to use the chat. I am in the chat now, but I will try to do it again and take a screenshot after if I can.

    Hitting submit, does nothing. Not even a loading icon anywhere to be seen. Awful system by EA and it lags.... hard

    i have just submitted an issue with my FC26 ultimate team and I need assistance as I have some sort of bug on my ultimate team however I have no live chat shown when I scroll down?

      ITzJosh1995​ depending on the topic selected, you might not get the option to start a chat. Usually, if you select "Update EA account" in the help topic, you get the chat option.

        I just selected the topic "Update EA account" and I don't have an option for live chat.
        I am in Canada. No VPN in the US but when I create a ticket, I have been asked to live chat but I cannot.

    After I click "Contact us" only circle appears and stays turning, nothing really happens when we are in need of help..

    Tried with US Vpn (US IP address) but there seems to be no difference.

    I'm trying to contact them as my son's Xbox series s won't login to battlefield 6. I submitted a form but the only option is to look at forums/self help. He's getting an undefined error code and we've cleared the cache already.

    Before filling out the “Tell us about your issue” form, make sure you are submitting it as a guest. If you’re logged in, the response will be sent to your email, and that email is the one that was hacked, so you won’t receive it.

    I've downloaded all the Sim City games, including Sim City 4, and the game continually restarts after the opening page of the game. I uninstalled it and re-downloaded it. Nothing. Still restarts. What's the problem?
