Where is the option to contact live chat support? Does it even still exists?

Ok guys so I got the live chat option to appear. Try to turn on vpn and set it to US. Then do what the manager guy said. It didn't work with other countries though. I'll mark this as a solution. Hope it works for you.

Around July of last year i was a constant sims 4 player but when i was updating i made a mistake with the placement of my mods and every single game and mod i had disappeared i've tried everything but nothing and at this current i thought maybe i an start afresh but i ca brig my self to do it please help me
