Where to file a formal complaint?

hi, hello why am i getting lifelines with 15k kills in my pub games

Ive been sayingvthe same for years this isnt a complaints department i dont actually see the point of the help forum its only here to help EA not the customer the people that do answer back are just useless unless there is something wrong with the game they are the problem im trying to prove there is something wrong with the game im doung a study notified them which if there is something wrong ud think they would want to know but they threatened me with a ban and took down my comment so yeah they dont help

ive played fifa since day 1, ea had always been unreal in my upbringing for sport games 

now your just all money and that’s why you have keep putting your money up your loosing players, charge 100 for a game if you have to but quickest way loose your support and wages is doing what your doing

love it but like all your games now cash grab shows it with this being a 1 year reply for an ea forum 

Your game has just disconnected me in my first game of champs when I was winning the game is crap you need to fix it
