Where to file a formal complaint?

I want to make a complaint but you guys make it so hard to because you know youll get so many, DONT BUY THE GAME!!!! They make you spend money and time to get nothing back 1.2 mill into 3 icon picks to get 90k-140 players back!! You guys are a joke, hope you ban my account so i dont have to play this **bleep** game anymore!! Spent £900-£1000 of the bloody thing and still get shafted then you get people packing 46 team of the years multiple millions worth of player, you are a disgrace of a company, money thieving **bleep**!!!! Do something about it

This game sucks ruining my life all the hype but it’s just a scam the goal keepers are too overpowered and save everything this game is a waste of money I would like my money back as I keep getting dnf in my rivals it is crap
