Why don't EA let PlayStation do the account linking.

its been 5 days sense i put in a ticket the EA support is clearly not up to the task to help with being overloaded. why do away with account linking completely or let you do the linking on the other end of the platforms. they have shown they are unable to help people with problems they have created. i cant access my old email for authentication witch i never remember activating so i cant log into my old account i don't use blocking me from play on my PlayStation. having to wait a week for support is a joke and shows how little EA cares for customers. pleas do away with account linking or hire more staff.
