Will EA ever bring more games to GOG.com?

It has been some time since EA has brought games to GOG and many people are wondering if and when the next games will be released.

I won't lie I haven't logged in to the EA App in over 2 years now and I would have no issue double dipping to buy the games on GOG to get a DRM-free copy.

GOG have a Dreamlist showing the demand is their and growing:

https://www.gog.com/dreamlist/game/mass-effect-trilogy The Mass Effect Trilogy has over 42,000 votes.

https://www.gog.com/dreamlist/game/dead-space-2 Dead Space 2 is almost 14,000 votes

https://www.gog.com/dreamlist/game/command-conquer-red-alert-2 C&C:RA2 alone is over 18,00 votes

https://www.gog.com/dreamlist/game/american-mcgee-s-alice The original Alice game is over 78,151 and with the GOG Preservation Program they would be more than happy to do the work to get the game working on modern hardware.

The demand is their, I have bought every EA game on GOG and with the Preservation Program in place at GOG you could essentially just hand them the files and they do the work to get the games updated and running meaning profit for minimal effort.

Please bring more games to GOG.

I concur, there's many games in EA's portfolio that many people world love to be able to buy again.

Letting GOG tweak them to work on modern systems would be a win for everyone.

Not to mention there are people (myself among them) that would buy Dragon Age and Mass Effect games all over again, should they release on GOG.

GOG have done a great job bringing back the original Resident Evil trilogy, Breath of Fire 4, Dino Crisis 1 &2, Alpha Protocol, along with doing to work to get them running on modern systems and working with modern controllers so it would be minimal work to hand the files over to GOG and have them do the work to get them up and running.

Many of these games are strong place holders on the all time best seller list on GOG as well.

It would be amazing to see more EA titles on GOG 🤩 Alice, Madness Returns, C&C, Syndicate 2012, Mass Effect, The Sims 1 and 2.

I allready have the physical copy of Command & Conquer: The First Decade wich basically is drm free allready. But I wouldn't mind having it on GOG and with many other EA games by its side.

I've spent a lot of time playing Clive Barker's Undying on GOG over the past few years Mortarah51. Couple other EA games I'd like to be able to do the same with.

Thanks for looking into this EA_Darko

It'd be nice having an excuse to purchase (and hopefully play) these games again 😄

Happy to share the feedback with with the team about this Wolfsite but we can make no promises.

Would love to see a lot of older EA games on GOG and elsewhere as the more places to play the better.
