Worse customer service ever

I couldn’t log in. They changed my email to a long number and letter login. I could not get chat to reset it so that I could play battlefield 6. After two hours and twenty minutes with no results I am now gonn yonder if bestbuy will take it back. It’s no use having it because I can’t even play any part of the game.  They just couldn’t help me. If they can’t help they pass you on to someone else.
