Wrong email attached to my account

Ea why is my email not connected to my account. The current email for this account is incorrect and should be the one for my Microsoft account. I can't access this old email and two factor is on even though it is disabled so you've screwed me and I can't change it because I don't want to lose years of game data

    If you do not have access to the email associated with your account, we need you to please contact an EA Help Advisor for assistance -> EA Help

    Do note that there may be delays as the Advisors are super busy with two active game betas currently.

    I have the old login info for the EA account, BUT the password needs to be reset to unlink my Xbox account. The problem is that email is not active anymore so I can't do anything. I just need to unlink my Xbox account from the old EA account and move it to my new EA account.

    Also, I have already opened a chat request, but it has been open for an hour and the wait time has only gone up! Do I just need to keep it open for hours until I get someone?
