Xbox Account Linked to Erroneous EA account: Start filing BBB complaints

Just like all of you guys, I try to get into BF6 and other games on XBOX that require EA play, and I'm unable to play. It wants verification, when it tries to 2FA, it lists an email I have never see...

I’m having the same exact issue currently. Every time I get into a chat, it gets disconnected and they email me stating they didn’t get a response and to reach out to EA Help when able to if assistance is needed still.
