Xbox linking account trouble

Every time I load into an ea game on Xbox it says I must email a random email for a code (something like sl******@yahoo.com) which I have never seen before or says I need a mobile authentication app code which does not work. I have logged in with my actual ea account and tried to link it to Xbox but it says only one account can be linked.  What do I do

    I feel you.. I have no clue how did it happen.. I couldn't get a link to XBOX. I have my same gamertag a long time. Same email under EA account since 2009. I tried to get a hold of where to get to a live chat or email to support. No where to find..
