Hello there, 10 years before ı sold my ps4 to someone. Now I ve PS5. When ı try to link my accounts, It said Your accounts cannot be linked. Probably the guy who bought my ps4 is using my EA acc...

If you have access to the EA account, you can unlink other platforms: Unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account. If you need any assistance making these changes, please contact EA Help: How to get help with your EA Account.
