I demand compensation from EA!!!

Hey guys, EA being EA, due to a bug in one of the Ultimate Team (UT) cups, I got hit with an unjust "softban," even though it was the cup itself that kept disconnecting. Because of this, I was locked out of the game entirely for 24 hours and couldn't play the Weekend League (WL); I was counting on those rewards to finish some SBCs (Squad Building Challenges). I reached out to EA multiple times asking for some form of compensation, since the error was on their end, but nothing—they claim they can't do anything about their own mistake. It’s absolutely absurd. We pay a high price for this game, yet it feels like it’s still in beta; they don’t fix bugs, and they don’t offer any compensation to those harmed by their errors.
