88 percent downloading friends pass

Hi everybody

maybe someone had this problem. I play split fiction with my son. I bought full on Xbox , he plays ps5 friends pass. After killing second boss (cyber ball or eye) in his screen ( ps5 friends pass) start download data and it begins from 88 percent and even after almost 2 hours waiting it was still 88 percent

Can someone help with this?
