A Way Out: Unable to get past dog bite after bridge escape

Unable to get past the dog on the cliff quick time event.  Doesn't matter how fast I button mash, or press the key, it still doesn't get through.  I've even tried building an easy macro to press the "E" key every millisecond.  It gets most of the way to the point then eventually fails.

This happens with local co-op, have restarted the chapter, and tried xbox controller and keyboard / mouse.  I've tried all the graphics changes recommend on the various answers elsewhere.  This is breaking the game, unable to continue.

    Buttom doesn't register. I am currently in a mission where you have to escape the bridge and where the dogs chase you. When the dog catches you, you need to tap "E" or "X" depending upon controller. When I tap it even as my best, it doesn't register and the dog kills me EVERY SINGLE TIME. I play it on pc with my friend on a controller. I tried to reset the settings as well as try it with V-sync as people suggested. But it doesn't  seem to work

    Hey @zerotwo5166 try playing the game locally rather than co-op to see if you can get the QTE to trigger.

    Resolvi o problema mudando a frequência do monitor de 240hz para 60hz e então o bug do cachorro desapareceu, você consegue passar fazendo isso
