Stuck on loading screen

Question

After finishing brave knights chapter me and my partner have been stuck on the loading screen. Cant load into the next chapter. We tried uninstalling it and reinstalling, verifying our steam files. I tried deleting my save. nothing seems to work. WE even switched who hosted the game.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this! Could you and your partner generate and share a DxDiag with us? Would you be able to load the previous chapter and try again? I know it’s a bit of a hassle, but it might just be a one-time issue!

i am experiencing the same problem, i already load the previous chapter and try again but the problem still persists. Any other solution pls?&nbsp;EA_Leeuw&nbsp;
