Allow paid users to download their games

I paid for the game Rocket Arena.

I then find out it has been discontinued, game servers shutdown, etc.
Whilst that is sad to hear I still would like to play it offline.

It is possible to play it offline with bots. So I like to download the game data files. However Origin/EAapp client refuse to let me download the game data files. I heard other people have been able to download Rocket Arena via Steam because Steam has a historical repo of past releases.

EA/Origin please allow previous owners of Rocket Arena to download the game data files.
