- @itismethecat01 I truly love the game too. I don't want to leave it or restart the game because I think the bug would still be there.
Me too I think restarting the game is pointless I’m convinced it will happen again
Is there anything else that can be done to report it? It’s been months since the first post on this topic.

In act two of the game, after having collected all three ingredients to save Sabulana the game behaves as if I hadn’t collected them. The objectives disappear from the map and going back to the places of ingredients doesn’t change anything it doesn’t let me to collect them again. When I go to Sabulana it says that I am yet to collect the ingredients. I have tried changing the locations and restarting the game but nothing changed. Help!
- @itismethecat01 I reported it, and chatted with the EA help, but no solution was given and still waiting for any update. I suggest players chat with the EA help, so they know this is happening to enough players.

Thanks for contacting the community and providing information while the team looks into this further!
Would it be possible for anyone whose HUD hasn't updated to try and return to Sabulana to see if the quest will update?
If it does not, could you get a screenshot of your current map objective, journal, and save file?

UPDATE PLEASE READ BELOW
Hey Everyone,
We have a brief update from the games team on this issue.
While we continue to investigate reports, if you are a PC player you can use the following save file (see section "Replace your save file" below) to get past this issue.
- The team has taken a save and applied a fix to the quest log. Next, we reset the skill tree and refunded all spent skill points (This way you can spend them how you want).
Please Note; This workaround will only apply to players on PC or Steam Deck.
Replace your save file
Warning! Please only use the file provided by this post, if you see saved files shared elsewhere they have not been tested and could potentially contain unwanted files.

SpoilerThe team identified an unexpected issue with the save file, we have resolved this issue and the latest corrected save file has been added to this post.
If you used the previous save file, please download the latest one and replace it with the steps below.Please follow the outlined steps to replace your save file:
- Download the .rar folder contained in this post.
- Extract the archive file
- The extracted Save File should be placed in the game save folder
- Located: %LOCALAPPDATA% \Zau\Saved\SaveGames
- You can find steps on how to get to your save folder here.
- This will occupy the first save slot by default, but if renamed to PlayerSaveData_1.sav or PlayerSaveData_2.sav then it can be moved to one of the other slots.
- This should provide a working save file at Sabulana with all ingredients collected.
