After beating the boss and completing act one. I have tried to make my way to the nearest fast travel point but have reached a point where I can no longer progress. Looking up playthroughs there is supposed to be a fast travel station pretty close to the boss but it is not unlocked for me and I can not access it. So I am stuck here

Also if possible could we grab a screenshot or video of where we are at?
I have taken screenshots from a YouTube video to show the fast travel location that is not available to me and where it is located on the map. And then a third screenshot showing the scene that is supposed to play of water flowing through that is supposed to unlock the next path to go. This scene doesn't play for me and there is no water despite activating the water in act one. I also do not have any objective written on the top left of my screen.
