[BUG] Respawned under the Elevator bug

I am currently enjoying the game on PC (Windows 11) I've made it to the elevator. after going up two floors I died and respawned at the bottom of the elevator. However it will not come down so i can start it again.

    Hey, 

    Updating this thread as ToK: Zau has had its first Patch 1.1 drop today.

    • Please note, this patch is currently only live on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC and will be coming to Nintendo Switch at a later date.

    I wanted after you grab the update reload your game and save to see if the issue reported here has continued.

    Hey @GingerWoods86 

    Apologies on the delay, theres a few ways to share the save files. 

    1. You can share them in a reply to this thread. However, you would need to make it a .rar (What is a .rar file?) file as Answers HQ replies do not support a zip file. 
    2. You can share a download link to a online service like Google Drive, One Drive, Drobbox, etc.
      1. You can share the link either in a reply here or in a private DM (however over my name and select "Send Message")

    The save location for ToK:Zau is: %LOCALAPPDATA% \Zau\Saved\SaveGames you can get there by doing the following:

    1. On your keyboard hit the Win+R keys
    2. Enter appdata
    3. Select the following folders: Local > Zau > Saved > Save Games (this are you save files). 

    If you run into issues, or cannot upload the files no pressure. We ask for them to help aid the team in investigating what might have happened.

    I just hope they can resolve this with a patch so we don't have to start our games back over again.

    yes, everything works normal after restart, except for the elevator lever that as disappeared, what makes impossible to go up. I will try to send my safe file

    PS5, same issue. 

    Died 3 levels up. Lift isn't here to take me back up.
