@SensaiGaia1 Have you been able to login since you posted? What error are you receiving? Have you checked if resetting your password/account details makes a difference?
@geoflintuk I'm assuming you're still getting the error that your account is invalid/ineligible?
May I ask what you have tried so far? If you haven't done this yet, could you try and see if resetting your password helps? Also, make sure that all your other account details are up to date.
@SirRouts Are you able to play now? If not, may I ask what error you're getting and which steps you have tried so far so we can narrow down your issue?
@RedDocZombie Sorry to hear you can't connect. Are you getting an error code when you're trying to connect? Could you please let me know which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far?
