Can't download split fiction friend pass on EA app

Good evening/morning, I can't download split fiction friend pass from EA app, whenever i try to download it says that I do not own the game, which is correct but im trying to download the friend pass...

Did anyone manage to solve this? I'm having this same issue right now on my account, I just want to download the friends pass and I'm getting the same errors as ZeroOmar00: "there is a problem with your download" then selecting the folder and clicking on download then after a couple seconds the  "you dont have acces" error message. I already uninstalled and re installed the ea app three times, I cleared cache, I deleted the folders manually... I don't know what else to do
