Disconected from server split fiction

Hello. Im trying to play split fiction with my bf he has a xbox and me a ps. We were able to connect and play for a little but i keep getting disconnected from the EA server. It now says error code 1...

michellemarie06 Hey, this is a known issue the team is looking into. A few players said that manually logging into the EA account resolved it. I would log in from the game, and a web page and make sure the right account is linked that way when you log in it syncs up.
