Glitch in Split Fiction

Hello,

Me and my husband have been loving playing this game. Unfortunately, we have encountered a glitch in Mio's subconscious. When we're fighting the robots with Mio in the drone and Zoe on the ground, the cores don't open for Mio to shoot them. The dialog Zoe shouts seems to suggest SHE thinks it's open, but it's not. We tried relaunching multiple times, even replaying the level. Nothing has worked. I've attached a video of the bug.
