HI @chokydaisy Thanks for letting us know what you are running into, can we try the following steps once you have a moment?
Spoiler- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Install/Repair your VC++ files for ITT
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

I'm unable to play It takes two (I'm using the friends pass) I get the result code: 103-3f0001 which says I'm restricted from accessing any online features. I've followed the page to it gives for more information but I'm unable to actually speak to an online agent to help, It keeps looping me back to the EA Help articles but I can't see any options to live chat with anyone? Why have they made it so difficult to contact them or submit a ticket??!!

Also to check, are you playing with an adult or child account?

Hi,
I've been getting this same error for a while now. I'm trying to play "It takes two friend pass" with my friend. We have played before for almost 17 hours and it worked perfectly. Now I keep getting this error. My account is not banned or under investigation. Nor is it underage. Please assist.

Which platform are you playing on? Also to check, is either of you playing from the friend pass version? Whether I try to play on friends pass or the full game, its says my account has been restricted from accessing any online features. I have tried all the steps on the customer support website and still nothing.
yes im sure that my game do not crush or any other problem, its just ea suddenly give me the error code: 103-3f0001, can ur guys try to fix this? im so innocent !!!
Super late to the party but THIS IS THE SOLUTION, this should be on top of the Google search page.
Thanks for posting this, you are much more helpful by those EA supports.
One of them told me to buy full access for both accounts, another one told me to ask Steam, for an issue with EA's game.
