It takes two error 103-40010000
Hi
I try to play the game it takes 2 online on PS5, I downloaded it through the Playstation Plus Extra subscription.
When I select play online it tries to connect to the ea server, then when the ...
HI @Xefke_PS3 Our support should be able to see any issues with the EA account side, aside from that we might be able to confirm with Sony if there are any issues with the PSN Account.
Also to confirm, Have you downloaded the friend pass version before?

I have already contacted the ea support via live chat several times and they were unable to give me a solution.
Is there a number I can contact them by phone from Belgium?
also, I was not able to find the friends pass, so could not download.
Hi @Xefke_PS3 I don't have a direct number to provide.
For the Friend Pass download I wanted to check if it was downloaded instead which cause an issue.
If you go to the PSN Store and search It Takes Two you should get 2 or 3 options I wanted to make sure neither friend's pass version (there's one for PS4 and PS5) shows as installed or play.
From the browser store, it should look something like this....

No it’s the full game I have downloaded, not the friends pass.
Also, if I would have downloaded the friends pass, the issue would not appear when my friend tried to invite me.
I have also downloaded the game on PC and there I get the same error message when trying online.
the issue really seems to be with the game or game servers or the authentication to these.
I also tried installing “A Way Out” also from Hazelight studio and there I have no issues with logging in online.

I have the original game via Steam, we don't have Origin--Only EA app to login connected to our Steam accounts we were playing until we got kicked from the server saying unable to connect, we were able to reconnect for a moment but then kicked again. The same error and code shows, we still don't have any solution to this issue.
Please let us know if anyone knows how to fix this, it's kinda frustrating

I have the same issue on PC. I have full game downloaded via Steam and my wife has Friend's pass. I am not able to play it anymore. When I click on "Play online" I get error - see the image.
Was told by live chat to post this here. Friend and I have tried to play this game but keep running into this error code. We have done numerous restarts on systems. I have tried changing connections between hotspots, other signals and both wired and wireless connections. Have tried opening DNS settings. Tried numerous different PSN accounts. Restoring licences, etc, etc. All to no avail. Live chat agent says he has made internal team aware and may be a bug?

My game works now but the error persists now and then... these is how I did it.
Clarifying that the internet connection wasn't the problem since I checked my internet speed test on 3 different website checkers
I have at least 99mbps while playing the game
