Hey Kakigori113 ,
Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear you're having trouble launching It Takes Two and getting both Nintendo Switch Pro controllers working.
First, it's worth mentioning that the Steam version of It Takes Two no longer requires the EA app to launch. However, if you're playing through Epic Games, the EA app is still required.
If you own the game on Steam, I'd recommend trying the following:

Open your Steam Library, right-click It Takes Two, and select Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files.
Go to Steam > Settings > Controller and make sure Steam Input support for Nintendo Switch Pro controllers is enabled.
Right-click It Takes Two in your Steam Library, select Properties > Controller, and set the override to Enable Steam Input.
Connect both controllers before launching the game and check that Steam recognises each controller separately.
Launch the game directly through Steam, then select Play Local to see whether both controllers are detected.

If you own the game through Epic Games instead, you can try adding it to Steam as a non-Steam game and enabling Steam Input. However, controller support through this method isn't guaranteed, and the game will still need to launch through the EA app.
Could you confirm whether you purchased It Takes Two through Steam or Epic Games? Also, when you try launching it through Steam, does the EA app open automatically, or does the game simply close without displaying an error?
That information should help us narrow down what's happening.
Thanks!
