Lost in Random not loading

I try everything (delete + reinstall, clear cashe, change adm mode....), but the EA loadscreen simple stay there forever...
This is not a hardware problem (32 gb RAM, Ryzen 5, RTX 4060).
The only thing shows is the first page with "@ 2021 Thunderful Development AB. All rights reserved. Lost in Random is a trademark of Thunderful......."
