Mismatch timing at Factory Entrance: moving box puzzle

Hello, I and my friend played online through friend pass. We had issue with the moving box puzzle. The timing of the box for Mio is way faster than for Zoe. And when Zoe made the blue door on Mio’s side opened, Mio couldn’t jump through it (at this point Mio screen still showed that the blue door is not opened). Please help us resolve this bug otherwise we couldn’t move forward with this game
