New Update 247GB on Steam?

The new update that came out an hour ago is 247GB on steam for some players, including my brother. he cant update as steam says he doesn't have enough free disk space and therefore, we cant continue playing. please fix.

    mjsh6 Hey, the team is aware of this one, and they are taking a look at it!

    It's a visual issue. There isn't a patch that is that large.

    The patch itself takes up 70+ Gigabytes, thats A LOT to ask for updating a game. Thats like the whole game itself already. (i just finished doing that patch)
