Not able to play online

I buy ps plus subscription and i go to play online section but these things happened to me , my internet connection is okay please help me how i can play online  
it takes two
playstation
split fiction

Im having the same issue on xbox, it says my credentials are expired and to reset my password. I have done so multiple times. I have also tried everything on EA help to no resolve. I would like to play the game I payed money for with my partner, please help
