I have same issue with my PS5....
Already same problem with Baldur's gate 3 on PS5, lot of problems in internet discussion. After i send a mail to the editor in septembre, 1 month later, a patch-update resolved the problem and PS5 never crash again with Baldur's gate. So the problem is the video game and it's very penible... Video games PS5 not optimised enough and it's a shame for the price
So its a problem with the game not my playstation? i dont have a single issue with other games playing 2-3 hours, but in an hour split fiction turns off my ps5 atleast once

We won't be able to send you any report on PS5 as the console shuts down instantly.
That's the issue. The Playstation crashes and it doesn't leave an Error History. Mine just crashed and when I went to the Error History page, the most recent errors were wifi related from 3 days ago
Community Managertn8qgguszheb Wanted to follow up on this one. As of this morning, is it still crashing?
Hi EA_Shepard , It's happening for me every time I play also, sometimes 40min into playing, and sometimes just being idle in the main home menu completely crashes the ps5, no error report as it shuts down, and the ps5 needs to be unplugged and re-plugged for it to be working again.
It's frustrating to play it right now, i'll try the cache thing
