Are you using a wireless headset that uses a dongle, and if so, is it plugged into the front or back of your console?
Used to be a thing with Xbox but it's possible there could be a similar issue on PS - Try unplugging anything unnecessary from your usb ports and if you have a dongle, try switching it to the other side (back of the console is better than the front according to YT)
I unplugged the Dongle of the headset and also the USB cable for the external drive. Still the problem remains. PS5 crash Every +-20 minutes.
When I take the samen disc to my nephew house I can play on his PS5 without any problems for hours. My PS5 is a launch PS5. His is the model that came out immediately after it with a small change inside for cooling ps5.

I always play offline, local co-op on my own system which is a PS5. So this problem of PS5 crashing has nothing to do with any online aspect.
Community ManagerObliviondock okay. That is what we need to confirm. Most of the contacts are with online not local from what the team has told us. Not many players have been local who have made this claim we can reproduce.
