We understand this is affecting quite a few players so we want to get as much info to the team as we can!

That's the issue. The Playstation crashes and it doesn't leave an Error History. Mine just crashed and when I went to the Error History page, the most recent errors were wifi related from 3 days ago
Community Managertn8qgguszheb Wanted to follow up on this one. As of this morning, is it still crashing?
Hi EA_Shepard , It's happening for me every time I play also, sometimes 40min into playing, and sometimes just being idle in the main home menu completely crashes the ps5, no error report as it shuts down, and the ps5 needs to be unplugged and re-plugged for it to be working again.
It's frustrating to play it right now, i'll try the cache thing
Still crashing. My wife’s PS5 crashes every hour of playing, but she has a few other games that crash the console, as well.
We tried on my console, which has never crashed, and the console crashed about an hour into it.
